A little about Janine Parsons: A seasoned professional manager and entrepreneur, Janine began her career more than 25 years ago. She is is experienced in private and corporate environments and has started several businesses.
As a professional manager and entrepreneur, her career started in a small, private NH high tech company, where she attained the position of Sales Manager. From there she transitioned to Micro-Integration Corp., a high-technology public company, where she was VP Sales, Marketing and Customer Service for more than 10 years. In 2001 she and her husband started a business to help business owners sell their businesses. It was from this venture that her latest business, Radical Results, was created to help owners of small and medium-sized businesses grow their business by focusing on the foundations of business success.
Janine has gained extensive experience and knowledge of sales, customer service and marketing, management, business planning and strategy, purchase and sale of small and medium-sized businesses, succession planning, and increasing owner's value as part of their exit strategy. She holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire, is a professional business coach, holds a certification as a business intermediary (business broker) and is licensed for real estate sales in New Hampshire.
Her philosophy is business coaching isn't life coaching. It's working on your business. It will include in its process, an element of personal effectiveness, but the focus will always be on your business.
She also believes a good business coach has a business background, has been extensively trained in all areas of business, and has an assortment of tools to help you with your business challenges – in addition to traditional coach training.
